Penn Rad Inc was established in 1957. It is a local, family owned business by John and Mark Ericson.
As the automotive industry continues to change and becomes more technologically advanced, PRI has strived to stay on top of this technology. We are proud to say that our service staff is certified in many areas and our equipment is state of the art. We also have the benefit of using Auto-Line and the Automotive Air Group tech hotline which are technical trouble shooting support sytems.
Mark has a Bachelors Degree from the University of Pittsburgh. He is certified by the Mobile Air Conditioning Society Worldwide in air conditioning service and recycling procedures. He is currently the President of the Automotive Air Group,, an international organizaton of air conditioning specialists. He has consulted with the Environmental Protection Agency on the effects and hazards of air conditioning refrigerants.
