The Locost Phenomenon                The Locost bug is swarming, so an endless stream of help and advice is available to you. Talk to people, join the Locost club, and go watch one of the racing series races. Friendly people, always willing to help you, and of course, always proud to show you their creation. Who knows, perhaps soon somebody will be begging to copy your idea's. A small piece of advice from me to think about early in your build. Your car when completed will have to pass an SVA test. This Single Vehicle Approval test has a set of specifications for your safety which your Locost will have to comply with. It is a good idea to learn as much as you can and build your car to meet these specifications. Perhaps buy a second-hand SVA test booklet from another builder after his build.
