In 1991, Craig Thor Kimmel and Robert Silverman formed the lemon law firm of Kimmel & Silverman, P.C. with the sole aim of providing cost-free, quality legal representation to distressed consumers of “lemon” cars, trucks, electronics, boats, motor homes and other products. Building the first full-service Lemon Law firm in the Northeast, Kimmel & Silverman blazed a trail in warranty law.
