Squared Roots Publishing is a privately held web-based media firm based in Murfreesboro, Tennessee that has been tracking niche telecom markets and publishing news and market data since 1995. Over the past 12 years, Squared Roots has followed a consistent model of publishing a B2B web portal with news, extensive market data, and interactive services such as career centers, trading posts, and discussion forums. The news is not only published on a web portal but also pushed by email to opt-in subscribers.
Today, Squared Roots tracks developments in the VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) and IPTV (Internet Protocol Television) marketplaces. Squared Roots was founded by Robert Arick. Arick is the president as well as the editor for all publications. Kelly Craig and Tim Back have been responsible for web development and design along with the creation of the software that drives the programs embedded in this portal. Hannah McFarland is a part-time staff writer for the IP Pulse. She also assists with market research.
