CMM Incorporated (The Company) is a Michigan corporation formed in August 2006 to create and manage a fun and interactive web site called VehicleClips.com (The Site). The Company is headquartered in Novi, Michigan.
The Site is a repository web site for automotive consumer supplied and Company generated-digital home-made video and text reviews of automobiles. On the site, automobile owners share views on their automobiles with other current and prospective owners of similar vehicle models. Prospective owners can obtain first-hand accounts from other owners regarding the ownership experience related to automobiles on the prospective buyer's wish-list. Consumers will use the Site to exchange web-based opinions on automobiles.
The Site's tag line 'Show Off!! Speak Out!!' - a rallying cry urging members that are happy with their automobiles to show off to the world the 'cool' aspects about their vehicles. On the flip side, those community members that are not as enthused with a vehicle will be able to speak out on the Site
