With over a quarter century in the performance industry, TCIŽ has established a reputation as being one of the best at producing quality performance products. We've combined what we learned at the track with our engineering department to develop products that give both performance and value.
Founded in 1968 in Memphis, Tennessee, TCIŽ Automotive was born with a racing background and as the sport of racing has grown…so has TCIŽ.
In 1981, to meet the growing demand for our products, TCIŽ moved to a 45,000 square-foot facility in Ashland, Mississippi. In 1989 we expanded our National Distribution Center by 23,000 square-feet and in 1993 we completed yet another 22,000 square-foot addition. Our manufacturing facility is currently comprised of over 78,000 square-feet, bringing the total to over 100,000 square-feet of manufacturing and warehousing.
Our in-house engineering department guarantees the TCIŽ products are precision made and quality checked by experts. TCIŽ products go through an extensive quality control process. We hydraulic circuit check and dyno test every transmission and computer balance and leak check every torque converter. All transmission valve bodies are dynamically tested hydraulically as well. Quality is and always will be the foundation that our production standards are built upon. We will not sacrifice quality for the sake of a "cheap" price.
