Tekson Electronics was established in the year 1989. Mr. Deepak Tekmal, an Electronics Engineer promoted the unit, with over 16 years hardcore experience in research and development of Automobile Electronics and Process Control Instrumentation. He was in the R & D of M/s. Bajaj Auto Limited for more than 8 years and served in M/s. Gujarat Narmada Auto Limited for more than 2 years. The company started as a manufacturer of Electronic Modules such as Electronic Ignition, Voltage Regulators, Flashers, Buzzers etc. developed to the stringent specifications of Auto majors like Bajaj Auto Limited Gujarat Narmada Auto Limited. This was supported by development of a vast range of Automobile Wiring Harnesses to OE Specifications. In the subsequent years, the company successfully diversified into new areas involving development and supply of Electro-mechanical components, Piezo Buzzers and Harnesses for Washing Machines, Control Panels for Textile machinery manufacturers and Test equipment for Bajaj Auto Limited.
