Attorney Morse graduated from the University of Rhode Island (1980) and the New England School of Law (1983) where he served as Research Editor of the New England Law Review and published an article in its Journal concerning the contribution of parties in federal Title VII cases. He represented his law school in the interscholastic Mock Trial competition, and graduated cum laude in 1983. Upon graduation, Attorney Morse served as a law clerk to the Rhode Island trial court bench for the superior, family, and district court judiciary.
Currently, Mark Morse serves on the Board of Governors for the Rhode Island Trial Lawyers Association, and for the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. He is the past president of the Rhode Island Trial Lawyers Association, and Editor for its journal, the RITLA Newsletter. Morse is a delegate to the Rhode Island Bar Association, and a member of its Superior Court Bench Bar Committee, and Family Court Bench Bar Committee. He is a member of the Providence Arts Committee, and Volunteer Lawyers for Artists. He is legal counsel to the Rhode Island Defenders of Animals, an animal rights advocacy association. He is married with three children.
