 Ford
Motor Company is a famous American automobile maker founded in 1903
by the man that revolutionized the car industry, Henry Ford. The Ford
company continues to manufacture vehicles and is one of the largest
car making companies in the world.
Ford Motor Works is headquartered in the North American country of
the United States of America, in Dearborn, Michigan. Ford is the parent
company of Lincoln, Mercury, and Volvo. Ford also owns a controlling
interest in Mazda, and until March 2008 owned Jaguar and Land Rover
(they were sold to Tata Motors).
